CPT Tony Behrens '95 with a Soldier during OIF after the first Scud attack on Kuwait (OIF - March 2003). He served in OIF 1 as a commander of a Patriot missile battery in Kuwait. He is in his second command in Stuttgart, Germany supporting OEF and OIF. His work requires him to travel to the CENTCOM HQ's in Qatar each month to visit one of his deployed sections.

CPT Christopher Moenster, '94, Asst. S-3 with 3-135th AVN, an Army fixed-wing unit in Iraq.


LTC R. Ted Smith '80, center front, currently serving in Iraq as Operations Officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers Central District. They are building and renovating hundreds of schools, hospitals, fire and police stations. He is also the Force Protection Officer. The roads are very dangerous there, so he utilizes armored cars and personal Security Detachments.


Don Hamblin '67 - As the Logistics Chief for the Army's Aviation Ground Support Equipment Product Management Office, I was (and will be) setting up and expanding the logistics support structure for all the shops, tools, and test
equipment used to maintain Army aircraft. Heading back again in a couple of weeks to fine tune our support in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. I should be back in Mosul during Homecoming this year.

deployed as an aviation electrician mate onboard the
USS Monterey.



1LT Joshua Richey '00 is currently serving in Iraq. He
is pictured here in a playground that Saddam Hussein
built for his grandchildren. 1LT Richey is set to pin on
Captain in May 2005.

 


The above two pictures are of CPT Philip Anders '99 serving in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, 2-17 attached to the 503d. Philip was previously in Korea and has been deployed since August of 2003.
